Does your organisation provide free services to members of the community living with dementia, including face to face support, phone calls, deliveries and/or direct mail?
Playlist for Life wants to help support your organisation’s activities, so we have put together a small pack of printed materials which could be distributed to any person living with dementia who you think might benefit. You can also share your materials with other local groups and organisations supporting people affected by dementia. How you use our materials will depend on your service, and the Playlist for Life team will be on hand to offer advice and answer any questions you have.
