We have ambitious plans for the next two years and thanks to funding from The National Lottery Community Fund we are recruiting for this new post to help support and roll out our large-scale expansion programme.
By 2022 we want to establish a vibrant UK network of Help Points, volunteers, and trained healthcare and social care professionals, all creating and using playlists in their communities to help manage dementia symptoms, alleviate distress and reconnect relationships.
