Music as medicine – Sharing the power of music for people living with dementia in North Lanarkshire

This free event will bring together community organisations, health & social care professionals and individuals using Playlist for Life resources and principles in their support of people living with dementia in North Lanarkshire. The event is also open to organisations interested in finding out more about Playlist for Life.

We will also be launching ‘Music as Medicine’, a brand-new resource developed in partnership with people living with dementia that will help you introduce Playlist for Life to the people you support.

  • Playlist for Life’s connections in North Lanarkshire and how you can share the power of music in your community
  • Practical steps to include playlist in your role
  • Discussion on ideas for using Playlist for Life in your work and identify potential collaborations

This event will take place at Chryston Library, Lindsaybeg Rd, Chryston, Glasgow G69 9DL. The venue is disabled access friendly. Tea and coffee will be provided.
