1,000 UK libraries are now signed up as Playlist for Life Help Points, making our resources accessible to local communities through dementia-friendly social inclusion.
This Libraries Week, we celebrate hitting the huge milestone of 1,000 UK library Help Points now signed up to our community network — around a quarter of all British libraries! (Source: Statistica) We’ll be sharing insights into the valuable work our Help Points are doing to support those living with dementia in their community through the power of personalised playlists, and encouraging others to join our growing Help Point Network.
We are delighted to have shared our Help Point resources with 1000 libraries all over the UK! Libraries are at the heart of communities and provide vital support to the people who use them. Our resources provide libraries with another tool to help people affected by dementia in their community, and we are constantly amazed by the wide range of innovative and exciting ways our library Help Points get involved in sharing the power of personally meaningful music.”

"As todays libraries are an inclusive part of local communities, we try to reflect and support anything which may be of benefit to our customers. Playlist for Life leaflets are displayed within each of our community libraries, along with a free directory. Some of our most vulnerable customers and carers, those we deliver direct to with our free Home Library Service, have benefited from these resources."
