Music Labs – Give your feedback on our new homepage

Playlist for Life is redesigning our website homepage, in order to improve it for people living with dementia, their families and carers. Thank you for helping us with this. 

You can share your thoughts on the new designs by filling out the short survey below. Please give your honest feedback. 

You will be asked to look at two different versions of the new homepage and give your feedback. Please note that these two web pages are not yet fully functional and are view only. You will not be able to click on the links.
